The program is voluntary, and both Team Members and Spouses can earn incentives throughout 2026.
Create Your Purposeful Account
Team Members can verify eligibility using ANY one of the following options:
1. Employee ID (use the 6-digit employee ID exactly as it appears in UKG).
2. Name, date of birth, and home ZIP code.
3. Work email address
Spouses can verify eligibility using EITHER one of the following options:
1. Their spouse's Mercury employee ID (use the 6-digit employee ID exactly as it appears in UKG).
2. Name, date of birth, and home ZIP code.
